The Deal

• Free dedicated desk space in shared room of founders @ 1871 (approx 6 months).
• Co-mentorship and expertise from 10-15 founders in Density.
• Weekly small-group discussions to work through startup challenges.
• We take no equity or payment.

Acceptance Criteria

At Density, we have a clear set of standards to ensure that our community remains as impactful as possible:

• Commitment to work in-person, in-office at least 4 days per week (except traveling).
• Scalable and venture backable business idea. Priority for AI and SaaS startups.
• Plan to raise funding in 6-12 months or raised a small pre-seed already.
• MVP built and on the market.
• Founders with prior startup experience. At least one technical founder.
• Willing to share expertise with fellow founders.
